Im not happy to talk like the spoon for Parra is a forgone conclusion, they would love nothing more than to hand it to us. Roosters lose by 25 we get beat by 25 and we are toast. It can happen and we have it in our dna at the moment to let it happen.

The only positive of us getting that spoon would be we can always point to Barrett and his coaching resume will always say , first coach to ever win a spoon for club that's never won one.

For me there is no positive for getting the spoon. The club will be forever tarnished and we'll lose our proud record, regardless of whether Trent Barrett is responsible for it and will forever ever be associated with that stigma. At the end of the day the club made the decision to hire a rookie coach so they need own it as well. God bless Parramatta in our time of great need.
