We have Croker , Cust , Schuster , Elgey all young and available. Maloney is quality, but old(ish) in football terms. Our window is nowhere near open given our current backline roster .
Don't waste a development position to give a veteran a go.
We are currently building, do development as upposed to win now is paramount I think mate.
Koroisou is quite young as well.

The only justification for Maloney is for him to do what the signing of Ben Kennedy did for the team in the mid 2000's. I am not convinced.
