If true, that is f'n unbelivable. Only time Choc should not be playing SoO is if he is injured.

Choc is an origin player through and through.

He's tough as teak and runs all day. Exactly what is needed for origin. I'd be amazed if they don't pick him.

I wouldn't pick trex until he has a game under his belt. Taking on an origin game after 7 weeks out is a high ask. Doing that in a club game is fine, making your origin debut this way is wrong.

I'd have choc in the team and trex in game 2. Buhrer will get his time but maybe just not yet. Backrow is the only part of the team NSW is strong in. We have so many options i think buhrer may just miss. He can fill in anywhere and be a gidley replacement i suppose. They can use him at hooker, centre, lock, 2nd row and even five eighth. Depends on the likes of bird, luke lewis, hayne etc. There's a lot of players that can play different positions.

Good luck to all our boys. I want them to play to get the recognition they deserve but it also derails our back to back campaign. I'm not sure if i want them selected or not!:-/

That team doesn't look as bad as I thought. Reading Kent's column yesterday he did suggest Choc may miss out. The 1 position NSW is strong is in the back row and Stuart will want both Sims and T-Rex on the bench. Throw in Bird, Lewis & Stewart and that's 5 back rowers already. Either way I'm happy for him if he makes the NSW side or not.

I don't think QLD will pick Cherry because he's a specialist #7 and the utility spot needs a player who can cover more positions. I just hope the weather will be good for next Sunday, looking forward to the game already.

I'll be glad for T-Rex if he does get the nod but it's unbelievable that we've gone without him for 7 weeks and now he's not available....maybe name another injured player, let T-Rex have a run against the chooks and slip him in as a replacement.
