I am actually limited in what I can say about the advertising because of the contract and agreement.

But basically it is a contextual advert. It looks at what searches you run in google and other things from your google cookie and history as well as content of the website and matches against tags and keywords set by the advertisers.

There are also ads like sportingbet that I put in place manually however.
