…. You can say that again….i think! 🤔Ponga out of form but we don't want Ladyboy at the back. Sickening enough they bought Wam Bam into the squad, read the room Billy instead of smoking Billys.

Yes when you look at the two sides NSW should win comfortably regardless of whether it's DCE or Dearden in the 7, but they will play more direct with Dearden and that seems to be what Slater is after.Dropping DCE won’t help Queensland win if their forwards don’t win the middle which is the most likely scenario given game one.
The Butt Hurtery is heavy in here, let it go lads.
Mate, considering he was a big part of fracturing the group back from 2012–2015 and then we've had to put up with a decade of mediocrity with a large part of the reason being his contract's affect on our salary cap ... given how he has gone about things this year, particularly going on TV and blindsiding everyone by saying he won't be at Manly next year regardless.....I think I can understand the frustrations at the very least that us fans have over him.
After all the club has done for him, he has gone and put himself above the club.
If he takes the kick stones attitude, I think Super League will be his next move...Soooo where to now for DCE. Does he take this as motivation to show that he's still got it and lead this team to better form and results. Or does he kick stones and basically take a "fu*k the world" attitude. Interesting times ahead for this dysfunctional side.
Very good pointsIf he takes the kick stones attitude, I think Super League will be his next move...
If he takes the high road to lead the team to some sort of glory...the Roosters will take him.
He is auditioning for his last contract.
And his already severely damaged legacy. If he takes the kick stones attitude, I think Super League will be his next move...

If he hasn't signed yet with the Rorters then they surely, must be getting cold feet on the deal. If he has, then will they be strong enough to make him play Reggie's if his form If down ?I'm surprised DCE and Billy didn't have a chat before the team was announced with DCE being informed he won't be picked and should announce his retirement.
DCE could have come out in the media saying he is making himself unavailable due to a nagging injury.
My body isn't up to origin and if I can't offer 100% its best I step aide for now, its not bad enough to prevent me from playing NRL.
It doesn't matter how bad he plays, our club won't axe him or pick him as a 14.
It's a no win situation, it would look like sour grapes because of the media storm created by the way him leaving has gone down.
The way he is playing it seems like he has played 1 season too many let alone wanting to play on for another 2 but a change of scenery might be wants needed and the roosters my get great service out of him.
It would have been a mistake keeping him here for another 2 seasons, it would have been perfect for all if we could have won a premiership this season and him retiring on the back of that.
I think he has tarnished his legacy for sure. Not only how he hung the dirty laundry out on his contract with us but this embarrassing dumping by his beloved Qld could have all been avoided if he took the wise council of many posters here on this site and simply stood himself down from SOO. Tommy should look closely and heed this advice. And his already severely damaged legacy.

I believe The Raiders only wanting to sign Fog for 2 years was because of the rising development of their young halves. This DCE situation is a debacle for him, the Manly club, and rugby league. I will not bag DCE as a player as I have rated him as a Manly great. Just a huge pity that he bungled his last season - got it all wrong, and may have wrecked his legacy. But no kudos for the Manly club either which has displayed much ineptitude with its handling of this matter, which in the over all scope is just another manifestation of its inept retention/recruitment record. And now they have signed Fogarty for three seasons whilst his current coach reckoned that two seasons was the maximum he was worth. The farce looks likely to continue.
