Yeah but that’s just it…it didn’t happen to Cronulla, it happened to Manly. They’re in a prelim and we’ve had mad Monday. That’s all that exists. Hypotheticals are just that. They have their house in order and we don’t.

Great win by the Sharkies, I'm happy for them. Disappointing loss for the Raiders which imo was due to:

1 - last Sunday's game took the stuffing out of them physically, mentally and emotionally and they then had 6 days to recover from such an epic game
2 - losing Ethan Strange, their key attacking 5/8, on the morning of the game
3 - their preference for last week's game to be on a sunny Sunday afternoon, instead of a cold Saturday night which wouldn't have been ideal for the Broncs. This was to give them a 7 day turnaround from their round 27 game the week before
4 - Sticky dropping 10 players in round 27 to supposedly give them a rest for the finals but instead they were flogged and it killed any momentum they had.

The Sharkies are going to have to replicate their performance tonight to get over the Storm next week, and with a 6 day recovery. Good luck to them, just wish it was us!

One thing I learned @Mark from Brisbane - you better do the finals threads!

Seeing as most posted week 2 comments in week the week 1 thread it's either: they prefer you over me as a thread originator, too dumb to know what numbers are, too lazy to check, too busy being boomers yelling at clouds.
