The Finals thread:

Panthers stopped attacking that entire 2nd half.
I thought even in the first half their attack was pretty ordinary. With all the ball and time in the attacking zone, they didn’t come up with too much. I think they have just run out of legs, TBH. If you think of how far behind they fell early in the season, and the run they had to go on to get here, it’s not surprising to see them drop off. I’m just surprised they were able to stretch it out this long.

Pulling it back 20 odd metres for a liw percentage 2 pointer is wild, just put it through the hands, put it up, go for it.
Yep - madness. The two-point field goal in that position was such a low percentage play. Would have been much better off trying to throw the ball around or putting up a bomb. But Penrith were just completely out of gas by that stage. Really showed the benefit of the week off for the Broncos.

Odd second half by the Panthers. Blaize bein' Blaize was a liability out there, and they seemed intent on attacking down his side when they'd had much more luck going right in the first half. Was also surprised they didn't take the two points when they had the opportunity to go up 16-6. They were under the pump and you would have thought putting some points on the board and getting the ball back would have been the best option.

That’ll be the excuse from those in the media, but it doesn’t give credit to the Broncos.Last week’s game against the Dogs was a training run

Yes. That was a very un Penrith like call. Go up 10, take time off the clock, take a breath.

The last 2 finals show
We are no where near both these clubs
Very depressing thinking about it
10 years plus away at least
