He was released because he wanted to get home to PNG when Covid hit and the comp was suspended, he needed to be with family. Didn't go to England till quite a while later.

Sounds like a timing thing. I find it interesting that we didn't still pursue his services after Covid ended, considering we were still in need of at least a backup 9.
