Reffing in this one has been shocking. Very one sided. Not sure how this Gee bloke is still given games. He’s hopeless.

Only marginally better than Sutton in my view.

The two best teams did their part in style and the stage is set for them to meet in the GF. Only Easts seem a possibility to prevent that, but they have been underperforming expectations all year and logically cannot play well 2 games in a row. Nevertheless I would be nervous to meet them in the first week.

My point being, even if he didn't see it clearly (which he didn't), surely you would have to assume, Liam had a hand in there that caused Walker to put down what would have been a relatively straight-forward catch. It's unspoken subconscious bias and it's insidious.

I think Newcastle can have an impact. They troubled the Broncs at Suncorp earlier in the year.
