You can add the disgraceful amounts of forward passes that are let go so often in every game

1. No more than 2 simultaneous tacklers (apart from stopping a try)
2. 1 Referee (full accountability)
3. Video reviews only on a captain's challenge (Ref does the review)
4. Equal time allowed to get off any tackle (dump the dominant/surrender calls)
5. Minor indiscretions/niggles/etc result in extra/forfeited tackle - not a penalty
