At no stage of the year have the Magpies been an 80 minute team. That caught up with them in the finals, inevitably. A couple of teams that come to mind as being consistent 80 minute teams this year are Manly & Melbourne... bad luck Gallop.

Some one mentioned either on this thread or another that a Captain should take his players off the field in protest because of the dodgy rulings.

It actually has happened when Ken Irvine was the Captain of the Bears he walked his team off because of what he percieved as wrong rulings
