Today should be a public holiday

Drove from ACT the night before and had a nice meal at Circular Quay and a great hotel in the city.
At the leagues cub at 8am'ish, supporters bus to the ground later, lucky enough to get back into the club after the return trip....All with my wife and 2 sisters..

Eagle Rock ad nauseum until 3 am before they kicked us out....un fkn believable day/night.

The roar inside the stadium when Beaver dotted down will stay with me forever

I only felt comfortable when Wolfy scored in the corner....and remember the sore hands from clapping non stop at the end.
I ended up walking home to manly from the leagues club as I was still so wired

I will always be extremely grateful to have been able to go to the 2008 GF along with my best mate, who is also a Manly fan, perhaps not as passionate as I am though. (Not sure anyone is more passionate about Manly than I am.....lol....!)

I will never ever forget what an incredible experience that was, one of the best days of my life....!!!!!

Go the Mighty Manly Sea Eagles.....!!

And yes today should be marked as the Mighty Manly Sea Eagles public holiday....!!
