Our match attitude was a disgrace just expecting to trot out in the 2nd 40 and win.

The entire 17, Barrett and the coaching staff should ALL hang their heads in shame.

And no I WILL NOT AGREE we should just accept we are not Melb and losses are inevitable.

THERE IS NO EXCUSE.

The team owes it to everyone to win all 3 remaining matches.

If they then lose week 1 final that's fine but anything less is not acceptable.

Yes, it was by any standards a very SOFT defeat today. The Tigpies fed off our errors and we gift wrapped 12 points through horrible goal line defense. We cannot afford to play for 30 minutes in a game, it has to be a sustained 80-minute effort and this team needs to learn how to do this. We continue to struggle when heat is put on our defense and the resilience we showed earlier this year has been missing of late. It was really poor to drop this game and something that must not happen again if we are to make the finals.

It was very disappointing right across the board to be honest. I actually thought Brad Parker was one of our best today along with Aka and Walker. Jake was Jake, and Tom was good apart from the passes. Wright was good as was Darcy but the rest were either way off or hot and cold. The bunker however pulled that one out of the fire for the Tigers. It was a truly marvellous piece of skill that, right up there with the Nightingale tackle on Chez in the play the ball earlier in the year and bettering the Nightingale taking out Uate in the air off a bomb a few weeks back. The bunker is actually coming second this year with try assists and could be a smokey for the Dally M.

He was taking the hit up because he was the only player there as it was immediately after a Manly player had recovered a grubber!
Any and every player in that position would have had to do it as the rest of the team was still getting back on side.

They clocked off at half time and started treating the game like it was already won. I think it was inexperience as much as anything. We're a young squad and hopefully will be better for the experience.

Despite our earlier wins, I think we lack composure when the pressure is applied, & that will be our lesson for this year. I don't think we have the maturity to win in the business end of the season.
