Bullsh*t charge. He hit him above the knee. De Belin gets off with a textbook hip drop. NRL lottery again. The least the club should do is challenge the charge in the hope we can send him off this Friday at Brookie. If we fail at the judiciary it doesn't cost us anything.
Very well said. The poor fella will be stuck on 99 NRL games, too. Played two matches for the Warriors and the rest at Manly.Yeah, posted this in the post-match thread, but I reckon he knew he was playing his last minutes in a Manly jersey when he came back on, which is why he played so hard. Full credit to him, but it's a real shame he won't get to go out with one last game at Brookvale.
I've always had a a soft spot for Sips. Great smile, always full of laughter and life, and seemed like a terrific guy to have around the club. Completely understand why it's good for him and the club to move on, and wish him nothing but the best in the UK.

"Manly Warringah Sea Eagles prop Toafofoa Sipley will finish his time at Manly stuck on 99 NRL games after failing to have a dangerous contact charge downgraded at the NRL Judiciary."
This sucks and a sad way to end his career at Manly. Great guy, has always been a great clubman and is always smiling. All the very best Sips!
Shame it took him half a season to finally get match fit most years or he would have cracked the 100 easily. On the positive side we will most likely see the debut of Laiafi or DJ that plenty on here have wanted.Seriously, how could that be 3 week suspension.
Suks for Sipley.
He made the most of his talent and always gave 100% for Manly.
I would have thought Schoupp slots right back inShame it took him half a season to finally get match fit most years or he would have cracked the 100 easily. On the positive side we will most likely see the debut of Laiafi or DJ that plenty on here have wanted.
I don’t see much point putting Schoupp on the bench considering he won’t be at the club next year & we can’t make finals. Having 2 props in the 18-21 has me thinking it will be 1 of them but could be wrongI would have thought Schoupp slots right back in
Not sure they’d lose a prop and replace them with an outside back/part time back rower, especially given the 14 jumper is being wasted by having a half back there.I know the season is basically over, but Seibold will be desperate for a top 8 scalp to finish the year and keep the wolves at bay,for a short time anywayI don’t see much point putting Schoupp on the bench considering he won’t be at the club next year & we can’t make finals.
