Tom Trbojevic destined to be one of the greats

Would rather he sits out the rest of this year if it would guarantee (as much as possible) that he has no more hamstring problems for the next 5 years.
Sound reasoning. It APPEARS he has a chronic problem at this growth age and he should be seeing specialists from as many different facets of sports medicine as possible. After all, he will be taking up about 10% of our cap for the next 6 years and 18 games in the last 2 years is nowhere near financially viable.

On a side note, Tom is on 1.1M and Jake .9M for the next 6 years but their package is well publicised as being 13M. That's another million over the 1.1 and .9 figures accepted here.

Eh, no big deal...its only another million.

$1 mill in TPAs?

Just trying to think how long Turbo has been again out for now and from that Raider"s game . [ Is it 8 weeks ]. Probably was some type of a setback , even slightly . No point risking any more complications if there is even some doubt about his readiness in making a comeback soon . If by some very unlikely outcome that Manly can sneak into the finals and he becomes available in a few weeks , would of course give the side a boost but the overall team form level would have to improve big time to still make an impression , taking into account also that Suli will not be available for the rest of the season now .

How good does Gutherson look now?

Mate Gutho has had plenty of time on the sidelines as well. He missed a fair chuck of the first half of last year and the back end of 2018 and obviously plenty of time earlier in his career with his other ACL.

The thing with Turbo is whilst his last two seasons he has only played 12 and 5 games respectively, over 2016-2018 he played 23, 23 and 22 games each season.

Hopefully as with most players, his bad luck ends soon.
