I think he will stay put and probably play in the centres, he's whole family is in NZ and he's very young. If it is possible though, give him halves money and offer him the 6.

He's that type of player you have to fit in your backline, I can see him pairing Kata because he loves the Warriors too much. But if it's possible I'd settle for any of Fusitua, Lolohea or Maumalo.

The best well rounded talents who can fill in where needed with massive quality are this bloke - Lolahea....& the young fullback in Nth Qld yet to make his debut - Ponga...this youngster will be a star & for a Manly side looking for outside backs, would snap this kid up today.

Ponga would be an option in the halves too. He played five-eighth in the under 20s a couple of weeks ago and scored three tries.

Ponga has already turned down cowboys extension deal and will go on open market in Nov. Probably the most talented teenager available by far. Speed, better step than tuivasa sheck and can ball play. Manly would only go after him if they think he could play center and maybe 5/8 down the track.
Would pass on Lolahea as it is not what Manly need. Manly need a good organizer in the halves and good kicking game and defender. Lolahea is neither these. An exciting ball runner but thats in. Terrible defence and wouldn't be a good fit for the team or DCE.
Would love Manly to get a specialist center. A player like a jack bird, or Joey Leilua or kata who can attack and defend and solid in making big meters.
Has there been any reports on how Matai's surgery turned out? They must have a rough idea by now?
If he was fit to go again that would be excellent news for Manly.

Barret has plans for Matai to go again in 2017. Although his first 2 games were poor this year, the next several games before the injury were great from matai. he fixed his defense reads up and was still making damaging runs. Hopefully the surgery is a success and he stays fit for 2017. We will have Williame as cover and walker back to centers where he belongs.
Tom wright might even get a run at some stage next year in the backline?
Manly can sign a top line center in 2017 (for 2108) that is if Wright and Williame don't go to another level next year.
He wont be able to use his TAB account online overseas, at least!!!
