I'm positive that last year's premiers have lost their starting front rowers for a fair while - that's a win.
The purple scum have lost 2 players - one of them one of their best forwards - for the rest of the year, that counts as a win.
Last year's GF attendee, the so-called 'Pride of the league', have lost two games also - that's a win of sorts. And - they look a weaker team than last year.
The Eels? They will be out of wingers by round 5 at this rate, the Dalai will have to suit up and play soon - that's gotta be a win.

Ok - I know all of the above is a result of the misfortune of other teams. So what. We'll take what we can get at this point.

We get to play last year's wooden spooners at home next weekend. Time for the win that really matters.

It took a field goal in a tight game to ignite our season last year. After 4 losses. Surely we can do better than that this year.
