Just came back from a weekend in Melbourne with my Souffs loving son in law. NOT A WORD was mentioned.

It's as funny as.

Last year right up to " that game " it was " Glory Glory" and all that stuff .

I don't know of anyone upset by their capitulation this early in the season. I'm really loving it and put it down to the heartbreak loss they shouldn't have had against us last year. Their tactics rival the dirt dished up by the drizzle, so no sympathy from me.

On MNF they said we are now 2nd favourite at $6, equal with Storm, behind Chooks at $4.50

Who knows what the bookies are thinking but I think - no Luke = no Souths. Always thought it and yesterday confirmed it. Just like no Smith = no Storm and Saturday confirmed that too.

The odds have blown right out and only 4 rounds in. Its going to be a long season....
