Laundy is the guy sitting on the lounge with Beale. The “Chich” is the 77 year old guy who ingests the “flour” ... I’m just interested in who he might be after it was reported that he is part of Sydney folklore.

Yes, I completely agree... but it has been reported that he is a part of Sydney folklore... which implies he is well known for doing something back in the day... anyway, it doesn’t really matter. I asked the question because this place usually has its finger on just about everything.
