Why do the refs hate Manly so much?

It doesn't entirely answer your thread question but much of it is in the new thread "Manly push boundaries, Parramatta doesn't."

I think a little of it goes back to the old Silvertails days too.

I'm blown away that it would still go back to the Silvertails days. I mean you're probaly right actually, but how long do they want to hold a grudge! So many other clubs that are better off than us

I think a few individual refs are still biased against Manly, but I think the current administration are fair.

I'd like to believe that the current administration are fair. But with such bias refs not being called out, leaves me questioning their agenda.
At best, I feel they don't really care about Manly either way, so they're happy to just let it be when it comes to us
