The Frizz shot himself in the foot by going to Drugcastle. He could have been something special at a better team and with better coaching, IMO.

Interestingly, I think Pinga has similarly handcuffed his potential by tying his career to the same loser team

Friz is a has been IMO. Getting very old and we have enough old heads. Hosking reminds me a bit of Ben T; maybe it’s that they look similar. Hosking has a great offload in him.

Still appreciate the thread, as it's an area needing much improvement and if we could get the Frizzell from 5 years .... maybe even 3 years ago would be perfect

I did see something about Frizell considering his future at the Knights, so he may be available. I actually think he's still an excellent player and would add him to our Dad's Army forwards in a heartbeat if the deal was right.

Zac was a late bloomer by NRL standards. Good player who on his day can bat well above is average.

He has an option in his contract for 2026 and Gagai also, I guess they're trying to release players for Brown.

Sign Frizelle -= Noooooooo! Has not passed ball for ages. Prime example of a bash and barge player -= not suited to present day NRL. Too old anyway.

Young Mule would be a great signing, his an absolute work horse, it’s a no thanks to Tyson.

On Zac, even though his under contract, I doubt he’d want to come to Manly, pretty sure I can recall him talking about his future just before leaving the Riff, he was very calculated towards were his future was best served, he nominated the Raiders as where he wanted to play to give himself the best shot at a premiership, from memory he had options at the time before choosing to sign with the Raiders.

Will do. I snuck into the steyne as a 16year old with some mates and the bar maid asked if we were under age. My mate said yes and we were booted 🫣

Not a bad idea. I mean takeako is our best prop at the moment.
