I would have thought as an older role model it would up to old Zorbs not to pick favourites, recognise talent and think about what's best for the club and team. Why can't Zorba make an effort to get to know DCE like he has done with Snake and the crew?

When Dave Perry sacked Zorba as media manager they actually offered him a gig as player liaison manager as that was where his strengths were and he was really good at it but he refused. That was the start of part of this mess.
