It's tricky though, like if a club and player both want to part ways how can the NRL force that. Like say Brown gets a 3 year offer from the SL starting 2026. Fullbacks missed games
Toms form has been off this year but the fact that he is 2nd in the team for try assists and line break assists despite only playing 9 games compared to 15 by many others shows that even in poor form and devoid of confidence he still contributes.
