i think its awesome. Players were not held accountable enough under baz, Dez will make you held accountable for errors you make in a game or training and how to fix them. He is so much more proffessional.

Its why we were so good for the period under dez and the senior playing group was so professional.

This always stuck with me, an interview with Justin Horo when he started pre season with manly. They were do a training drill and Horo dropped a simple ball. Glen stewert came straight up to him and said "mate, i dont care were you have played before but lift your game, your at Manly now and we expect better!

Good question, it does make you wonder.

Let me see....they learnt how to lose, how to almost 'win' the wooden spoon, how to play unfit and probably how much they could drink.

Sounds like Des is coaching them in the right direction now

Trent was too busy trying to be their friend to have any discipline. I also think he just had no idea how to coach a first grade squad at an elite level.
