Who are the people responsible for coming up with this design? It's crap! Can't they at least ask for fan input before announcing that design?

The twin stripe/hoops has become linked to Manly as much as Saints with the red V. When Melbourne wore their polo shirts with the hoops all my mates were saying they look like Manly. Even a few people on this forum freaked out and said they stole our design.

No point now it's done.

Why don't they try something new and modern? Maybe something from the emblem/mascot onto the jersey like the Titans with the swords and the Storm with the lightning? Something like the eagles wings on the sides of the jersey, where the white parts are on the grand final jersey.

I don't know...anything but a stretched V on a plain jersey.

Hmmm. Not sure if I'm a fan of it. I'm surprised why we've never gone back to the predominately Maroon with White hoops from the 80s which always get great comments when we wear them in heritage rounds.

That was a great jersey...probably the best we have ever had. But it long pre-dates the 80s. Manly were wearing a version of it when I first started following them in 1970...

In my opinion we should always wear a maroon with white hoops jersey when playing at home. They could tinker with the sleeves, collar, side panels etc to update it every so often.

The 'Kaspersky' is a different colour. This years was a Blue/green.
Think that's just a computer generation and they've copied the 'Kaspersky' straight from the web

The polo shirts are better than our current home jersey.

Tried ordering some stuff but none of the 2012 gear is in stock - how can they advertise stuff for sale on eBay when they haven't even been released yet?

Barring the home jersey, I'd say there's still going to be a fair bit of damage done to my visa card...the training tee's look great.

Be careful of cheap Asian copies. If you look at recent videos of Tooves being interviewed REED isn't on the front under Kaspersky on the front. IMO that maroon shirt is ugly.

Love Puma gear think they make good jerseys.

Noticed that Parra now owns the rights to its jersey and makes it 'inhouse' maybe clubs will look at doing this in the future.
