Mostly journalists would you believe.....which like TPA's with the salary cap makes a mockery of the whole bloody thing. I mean, just look at the fact that they voted for Andrew Johns before Provan and Meninga. Even taking away the fact that he admitted to recreational drug use, no way was his career anything like Norm Provan or Man Meninga's. Not even close.

Johns was voted in by a panel of mostly Sydney journalists and I still think it was mainly done as an "up yours" to Qld who were in the middle of their Origin dynasty. Johns' comeback to beat Qld in 2005 had been the last time NSW won at that point (2012). For mine it was a joke that he was ever selected.

I think Norm was overlooked last time for ekky thump.

I would suggest it is the new yeh yeh man - mr dazza (smashed throat an all) lockyear !!

He redefined how to be a fullback, that became a 5/8th, and changed the way that fullbacks who become 5/8ths play the game forever.
