How often, though, does an assistant get appointed when the coach is sacked. It's pretty rare.

First and foremost, we want someone who is a good tactician but also one who can make the players feel they have a supporter who is able to put in words they understand, the academic esoteria of their head coach. That is, get 'em on board!

I'd rather an experience fg coach as assistant over some rookie assistant.

I also think seibs will need someone with experience and I'm not too sure who else out there would be interested?
