Burbo was folding people today. His defence was hard! Looks like he’s finally feeling the mojo.
Burbo played a strong game against Souths and his defence was excellent.
haha remember watching that as a kid ,Peggy Lipton very nice ,up there with Marcia Brady ,Elizabeth Montgomery ,and Wonder Woman !!
I've noticed that in the last few home games. He is really trying to belt blokes in the tackle contact. You could feel a couple of those hits from the stand 😂.
He's also taking on the line head on instead of veering sideways but he can really come into his own if he can develop an offload.
They look totally exhausted just from the opening credits!

Sadly they’ve all gone. Michael Cole died just recently.

He's running it really well too. He has been marked well by opposing defenses which is why we don't see as much fruit from it as we should, but he actually draws a lot of interest from the defensive line.
What would really take his game to the next level, I think, is a reliable offload to Koula.

He is starting to show signs of a serious first grader; he is a rock in defence like Jake but a bit quicker. I thought he was outstanding tonight.

He hasn't made quite as big a jump as Koula, but he's definitely shown a lot of improvement this year. He's also been our most consistent Trbojevic. One of the few bright spots in another dud year.

The guy is 24. In modern League you need to be good in early 20’s or people right you off.
In the past front rowers came to life in their late 20’s. That was the norm.

I think he’s improving nicely , no superstar but he works hard, abd rarely has a bad game.

He's not flashy or speedy or a weapon but seems reliable at second row.
He is however better than a few in our squad, in one of the better teams he would be the least rated player and that's the difference between us and top six teams. Too much petrified wood.

And he can pass the ball! A legacy from his history playing as a back.
With his lanky build it was always going to take a little while for him to be able to handle the physical intensity of NRL. His attitude and work ethic mean he will continue to improve.
