DCE was good.  Not brilliant, but steady.  His kicking in the second half was excellent, as were his goal kicks.  I couldn't have played any better.

Steady is not bad when your 2nd game in grade is against a Grand Finalist and head to head with the previous year's Dally M winner.  Yes Foran was excellent today, but the commentators also harped on how we played the Roosters down their end, and that was because of a long kicking game we have lacked for years.

Agreed.  It was a fantastic win.  I thought Joe did some fine grunt work.

His 2nd half kicking was excellent and with a few games under his belt he can only get better. The other thing about DCE is that he never looked phased.

He's got the kicking game we have needed for ages. How much pressure does he take off the team with his long kicks? I'm glad we kept him and not the other bloke.

Yeah it felt like more! I made a (joking) comment during the game that Myles was one of our best players.....
