Zorba chatted about it on radio this morning and had said he had spoken to Foran and told him he really needs to speak further with his manager about it as the club has no documentation in regards to it. He said if they need to go to court over it they will.

The arsehole has left our club yet is still doing what he can to destabilise us.

Why does he have to go to the media about it when he hasn't even asked the club to provide evidence of the TPA?

He can sue Manly if Manly guaranteed the third party deal. Manly may well have declared the TPA but they are not allowed to guarantee it otherwise it is counted in the cap. My point is that Foran could only sue Manly if they had guaranteed the TPA. If Manly has guaranteed the TPA and that TPA was not counted in the cap then we are in strife.

The NRL needs to piss TPA's off entirely. Brisbane will be paying it's players twice the salary cap by the end of next year.

The word is that inglis will be at the broncos next year. They probably won't have to let any players go to accomodate him in the salary cap either
