Has anybody seen the nrl media release ?

Hi guys my mate has just rang me and told me he just seen on the ten network that the nrl has released a statement which was from manly back in 09, It states that manly admit to careless behaviour regarding alcohole consumption at the season launch, And Brett was edjected from the event for being overly intoxicated. Anyone seen this or is this just some Bs my mate is Geeing me up about
