Maybe this is the last stage where all the fine details of the contract are ratified by the board prior to everyone signing on the dotted line.
Point is Briza .... one man owns all the shares ...... and only one man makes the decisions ..... the board at best is a sounding board and at worst just window dressing .....
Just don't rely on the DPM'ers to be much help ....
