Good player,originally from Eels but picked up from Raiders
Tall unit who started in second row,but has been playing a lot in the middle.
Think his younger brother might be in our Matthews side next year.
Good chance for the future,good upside.
 
An extremely slim chance of making the 5 next week for the Manly Flegg team.
5th Parramatta on 28pts (+12) v Penrith 3rd next week
6th Melbourne on 28 pts (-12) v Penrith 3rd tomorrow
7th MW on 26 pts (-17) v CB 2nd next week
8th Canberra on 26 pts (-84) v Melbourne next week

Penrith to win both matches and Manly to beat CB next week.
 
If I remember correctly, a change of coach mid sesaon.
After Round 13, coming last with 2 wins and 9 losses before their season kicked on.
 
Some good kids picked up in the juniors.
Ball have got Fletcher Thompson a young halfback from Knights(rep player) and Michael Feledy who was with Tigers and our local junior signed on and a talented halfback to boot.
Michael Tito from Eels and Will Lane and Jett Jackson from Qld are good young front rowers.
Flegg have picked up a young pommie prop Dylan Turner who came out to the bush last year to develop his game.
Reardon the second rower and Lenaz the dummy half are good pick ups from the Eels.
Jesse Jackson a good young prop from Qld is another.
Lot of focus on CC,Qld and locals,but only summer squads,many fighting for spots against the incumbents.

L.Hopoate. Most talented of his kids
C.Lewis. Fullback last played with Raiders,from Port Macquarie
J.Clark. Fullback/centre/winger from Ball side.
Koby Douglas. Talented centre from the Ball side.
C.Thompson.Been with the side a few years,well thought of.
Miles Elder. From the Bears and can play centre or second row.
A.Kolinisau. Winger who missed all of last year.
T.Stoltman. Winger/centre from Ball side.
U.Uasi. Winger from last year's Flegg side.
J.Lill. Warringah Rats junior who played with Tigers last year,very quick and played NSW junior Rugby.
Ethan Hutchings. From the Panthers,can play wing or second row.
K.King. Half from Western Sydney who trained with side last year.
Blake Metcalfe. From Raiders originally and bounced between fullback and halves last year.
D.Christensen.Ranga 5/8 from Sharkies,very good instinctive runner.Good passing game and vision,can play left or right.
Leroy Murray. Koori 5/8 from the Bunnies.
T.Bunting. Talented halfback with a big future,good allround game.
Seb Plaister. Halfback from Bears,real talented kid,more a runner,takes on the line with good vision and passing game to those outside.Could possibly be a Walsh type at fullback if he has the required skill etc ..
Tommy Thelander.Dummy half mainly,played with Cromer and Tigers in past.
Caleb Navale. Heart of the side.
A Taufa. Middle originally from rugby,played Ball last year.
Max Hayley. Good second rower from last year,can play centre.
Ryan James. Originally from South Coast,second rower who can play centre.
Josh Featherstone. Second rower from Ryde .
Max Nelson. Prop/second rower from Qld(Bulimba).
Daniel Reardon. Second rower,originally from Dogs and Eels.
B.Konz. Played with Ball and moved up to Flegg,can play 9 but played a lot of second row,well thought of.
D.O'Donnell. Local jr with a big future at 9.
Nik Lenaz.From the Eels,9 but can play 13,more a defensive type and played some Reggie's last year.
M.Campenella. Local kid and a prop,played some Ball last year.
C.Cromarty. Prop from Knights originally,played last year.
K.Mafoa. Prop who came from Raiders but an Eels junior,good potential.
Remi Mant. Country prop who was with Ball side last year,had some injuries and played well,good kid with upside.
Devonta Mihinui. Workhorse middle,needs some more size but really good un.
Cruz Smith. Prop originally from NQ,in and out of side last year.
Jesse Jackson. Prop from Tweed Seagulls,rips in.Big unit but not huge, mobile,works hard in defense and will hit,runs hard and looks a tough cookie.Both he and his brother could be excellent pick ups,played a little first grade in QRL this year.
Matt Newlyn. Prop from the Bears,originally Panthers,played Sydney shield last year after Ball was over.
Dylan Turner. Pommie prop,played U19 for England,came out to play for Kincumber last season to develop his game.Big unit,looks like a cross between James Graham and George Burgess a bit.Some real potential.
