Burbo is a back rower, not a centre. He can cover at centre, but that's about it. Unfortunately losing Hopoate 5 minutes into the game saw Burbo playing almost 80 minutes at centre ... with Waddell inside of him.

agree what would you expect with that center combo .
Even so all we had to do was beat the wooden spooners who cant score any points ,but like all **** teams we just run them into supberb form ,like clock work ,we did the same with Parramatta .

We could easily have just run through them and we were.... but he is More interested in the flash plays and earning another QLD jersey than winning games.

This was terrible to watch. As was the Parra game. I have expensive tickets to the Titans game and am sure I’ll be disappointed with the lacklustre poor coaching and game plan sh@tshow on display tonight! Apparently we are a results driven business, yet we sack a Coach that last got us in a premiership grand final in 2013, and replace with has-beens or has-nevers ever since. Apologies to everyone, but I am fu%kin pissed off that we kept accepting mediocrity and all this rebuilding bullsh&t since 2013.

You know, I wasn't so sure if it was either Father Time catching up to DCE or that he was just having poor form, last weeks win aside.

Last week aside his form hasn't been good, for us or for Qld. But when he got run down late in the game......12 months ago he was under the posts.

Good luck Uncle Nick, I now think his legs are on their last season, though I still think the main reason they're buying him is to mentor Sam Walker.....

DCE is a fraud at club level. How many games in 10 years that should have been iced haven’t been.
Fogarty ices that game every single time.

Like many I can’t wait to see the back of him.
That kick on half time is the perfect metaphor for his selfish career which has yielded a decade of nothing since the backflip.

That side that just beat us had no props and half a first grade side out and had not scored a point in 8 first halves.

Losing Lehi and having Burbo defending in the centers cost us big time.

True it did... I will accept that. We would have stumbled through and won if they stayed on the field.

But that Knights team are awful, they had a stack of injuries and dropped more.ball then they will all year and were totally down on confidence. Yet we collapsed.

Our halves are pathetic. Both need a stint in NSW cup, probably for 1-2 seasons.

Plenty of blokes tried their hearts out - Brown, Tevanga, Sipley, Haumole & Simpkin. Geez even Waddell tried hard. Unfortunately, most of these players lack ability to influence a match resullt.

Not sure re Simpkin tbh. Croker adds starch to the middle. When he went off it coincided with the Knights coming to get us. Siebold isn’t managing that rotation yet.

Blame Seibold all you like , There’s a captain out there that’s played for Australia and Queensland that needed to manage that game and couldn’t do it
They could see the weakness out wide were Burbo was and went that way , it got them back in the game

Agreed. But no mention of the fact we were without three props: Tent, Al and TKO. Plus Turbo, Saab and Hoppa (taken off).

But no mention of the fact that we were 16 zip up without those players mentioned
