At Manly this is Seibold third Season steering his ship and after 3 season our ship is sinking and our players and supporters are jumping over board as we are all Over the inept Seibold

Smart Manly people on this forum have seen it and have posted from Seibold first year that his Sombre full of excuses personality are not uplifting and the leaks from our uninspired and deflated playing group have finally confirmed this .

I think that they the players were probably going to be off for a few days in the bye week and so available time was short for these meetings that may have covered 20 players in one day. This would be in and amongst whatever else was already planned.

Do you not think that players under an effective coach would know what weaknesses they have in their games and would be actively working on those areas in conjunction with the coaching staff throughout the season? To be handed a document outlining those weaknesses half way through a season speaks volumes as to what “coaching” had been going on to this point.
