He bought Woods, Brown, Tevaga, TKO, Lodge, Chee Kam, and he extended Toff Sipley.

Terrible recruitment from a guy who doesn't seem capable of getting the balance right. At the Broncos he released too much experience while at Manly he's gone way over the top in adding "experience." If he can get us into the finals this year, I'd be blown away and prepared to back him to make a few signings to freshen up the squad. If he doesn't lead us to finals, he should be replaced by another coach who can be entrusted to rebuild the roster in coming weeks.

No, but we had enough money to offer Flegler 675k a season before Seibold arrived. What happened to that money? Obviously it was spent on the squad. Who did we sign in 23-25?

I dont know, but just as well we didn't get Flegler as he hasn't played at all for 18months or so and may never play again ,imagine the outrage on here if we had signed another high priced player only to find him on the side lines for the next few years ,we wouldnt be running the likes of Lodge and Sipley we would be cap in hand trying to get Nate Myles back

Not at all. It's just posters like yourself keep going on about us not having enough money to sign a decent forward or two. Apparently we could only afford stop gap older guys according to you. No one is accusing Seibold of anything other than spending the cap very poorly. You're just deflecting because you have had your pants pulled down.

It sometimes amuses me when people talk as though any player will happily go anywhere they are offered. Never that simple.

Clearly you need a) someone who can play footy plus b) someone whose personality will fit with the squad plus c) someone whose character will enhance the club not embarrass it plus d) someone who actually wants to move and play with this club.

If recruiting was as easy as some suggest then every club would be in the top 4 every year!

Are you privy to the clubs recruitment process & who has final say? I’d suggest you have no idea mate. Siebold DOES not have final say on recruitment. There are a number of officials who make these decisions. To say Siebold bought this player or that player & wasted our salary cap on players with a use by date is total BS! Im not sticking up for him but it’s getting a little monotonous with the Siebold blaming & player bagging.
