  • Apologies all our server was runing rogue. I managed to get us back to a point from 2:45 today though there is an attachment issue i will fix shortly. Things should be smooth now though
It's a young side and will get better. Knights weren't that bad IMO we were also pretty poor in the last 30 mins

Had we gone on with that game and won by about 40 (which is certainly a fair conservative estimate based on 50 minutes of play) our F&A would be right around where the Panthers and Warriors are. That could have been crucial in fighting for a top 8 spot. Very disappointed, though happy to see our win streak continue.

Beautiful first half.. 2nd half was putrid, worryingly so. Dce should've controlled that game a lot better, the chance was there to nearly wipe out our whole f/a deficit. Instead we lost the half to Newcastle.. It really was ugly.. How did they go so wrong after that first half.

Fir and against is going yo be critical if we are to make the finals. But the last half was complacent, messy, I'll-executed and lacking any discipline and professionalism.

Very happy with the first half.

I can think of about 7 games in a row where we would've been happy with a one point win.

so I'm happy to feel happy!

Some work to do...but there always is.

Very happy! We won convincingly and improve our for and against.
Thanks joeboy for the disagree. So you must think we did not win convincingly and improve our for and against.

We move to 10th with that win but missed the opportunity to improve our F/A. Instead of 20 it should have been 40 at least.

We were -60 and are now -40. We're 21 behind the Warriors (who we've beaten twice) and 34 in front of the Tigpies.

How on earth is this team going to be fit enough to challenge even Parramatta?.
Parra are way fitter than this team, that's whats scary.
At least there were no injuries with Killer and Myles to come back so there is hope.
Happy we won by 20, but thanks to that loss of brains the F/A still remains a concern.

It can't be physical fitness... unless Castle were playing rope-a-dope and letting us run over them in the first 50, smartly conserving their energy to come back in the last quarter. lol

We've done well to get to where we are from where we were at the start of the year. But we still missed a massive opportunity today. Still a little too much room for improvement to deserve to be a finals team, we still too lazy, and horrible at one per centers.

I would have liked to have seen Baz taking control at half time, Keeping the team focused, more disciplined ensuring everyone knew the job wasn't over.

It was all joking and high fives and back slaps. Fun and games. Mentally the job was done at half time. For against matters. As great as a good win finally is. That second half is still so disappointing. What have we learned as a group from that Penrith loss!

Yes I agree they all looked a little too pleased with themselves at half time.
I hope the F/A points butchered in the second half don't come back to bite them.
[Sigh] it's been that kind of year.

That if we put on 32 unanswered points instead of just 20 we might squeak home with a win?

A real opportunity lost in the second half to peg back some F/A... This will come back and bite us later!

Happy that we won dont get me wrong but at fulltime i didnt quite feel like it was a win.
