Don't know what to say about that game. We were good but that was one of the worst performances I've seen from any team this year by Newcastle 😱. They were diabolical. Couldn't hold the ball, unlucky calls from the ref. Still it was important for us to win that so I'm pretty happy about it. ;D

Definitely a glitch to open the game - again. But the majority of the game Manly was dominant, the Knights were not in the match.

It is true some of our scoring plays had some luck involved. But our dominance of territory and at the tackle meant the Knights were no chance. Their errors make it look like they played terribly, but credit should go to the pressure Manly exerted.

It is certainly not the first time we have totally dominated field position. There is still a couple of months for the attacking plays to get just right, we don't want to peak too early.
