The broncos will have to be on the best game to beat us 🙂 im only really worried about staggs and milf, but i think our LG will have another cracker. With des' game plan and attention to detail he will reveal all the cracks in the broncos to LG so its just upto him to use that knowledge and execute.. elliot will score this game he has to hes been so close.

You are right there were some ex Bears like Mackie Campbell (Beavers Grandfather) and Max Whitehead however given WW2 they hadn’t played a lot of games. There were also a few from the winning 1946 Presidents Cup team (under 21s).

Thread title fixed - NRL era!
But this seriously is quite a situation,every side cops injuries and suspensions but I certainly can't recall a side with less first grade matches under their belts.
It is a credit to them and our support staff that they are still in there punching, and if they can knock over the Broncos I'll rate it among the top achievements in our club's long and glorious history!
