I don't know if we can rely on Lawrence to be a factor in the future. Not sure how he will recover from this back injury, which sucks.

I reckon we need an old head forward and some big young guys. Leeson Ah Mau would be worth a shot...

I think I read it was Lawrence choice to get this surgery, because it meant he would come back much, much stronger, and be able to prolong his playing career.

Honestly, I think our forward pack (full strength) is under rated, and will surprise. Also, consider this:-

They are all the forwards I listed. For mine, that is a very youthful forward pack. As we all know, it takes longer to hit your straps as a forward (especially prop). I think this is a building forward pack. I think it will be an improving forward pack.

Agree we may need a hard-head or two (like Ben Kennedy type of influence), but I think this forwward pack will bloom given time and patience.

In my opinion, opposition teams can write them off.....at their own peril.

Not sure I'd want to be moving the best Centre in the comp into a different position - sure he can play 5/8, but I think the team loses overall if he's not in the Number 3 jumper.

I think Lussick would provide some much needed aggression in the early stages of the game.
