If we are looking for a replacement for Thommo would Rhyse Martin be worth a look ? Pay obviosuly doesn't rate him, drops him, benches him, gives him 10 minutes.....he's too good a player to be not starting on that left edge, especially in that Dogs side.

They said that Cartwright got a touch on it when the Dogs knocked it on. So double knock on that's why they called it back apparently

Is it just me who thought the break at the end should of been play on from the dogs knock on? Have I missed something as to why the refs called it back for a scrum?

I got no idea either, unless he ruled Titans forward pass. I never saw any knock on.

Yeah it gets annoying. I understand they are trying to clear it up but if a team reads it wrong and the play does not affect the try being stopped award it. Poor reads in defence get lucky with the way they are going with the obstruction.

I never really rated Thurston all that highly. He was a good footballer but I thought the comparisons to players like Johns and Lewis were unrealistically flattering. I’m starting to realise to what a degree he carried the Cowboys.
