We are in this mess (and have been ever since the days when we could not retain Des due to a fractured board etc) due to a poor structre within the club.
How many CEO's have we had?
Since the Larissa days when have we had meaningful interaction between the club and the fans? There is a reason why our membership numbers are so low...and it is not beacuse Manly fans "do not become members".
To be honest I have always felt the club speaks at fans and members rather than engages them (Things are slightly looking up but there is a fair way to go )
