Apparently, Gus has said to the Bulldogs fans they may have to wait 5YRS !! for any sort of success. Then goes on to say he didn't want Crialdo to coach the dogs so soon...wtf. What are the Bulldogs payin Gould for, and for something that might never happen in 5YRS !!?? The Kennel is going off deluxe on this, in todays modern NRL it's 2 to 3yrs max, even 3yrs is to long for most fans these days. Think Gustav needs to fall on his sword tbh, because no one has the guts to tap this pretender on the shoulder.
Goulds specialty is setting up junior development pathways. It took 9 years to bare fruit at Penrith but look at them now.

In general you're right but if you offered me 3+ GFs, 2+ Prems and being the best team in the league for 4 years in exchange for 9 tough years you wouldn't have an arm left.

Only watched snippets of the Tuggers V Sharks match but every time I switched on the Bunker was taking a try off the Tuggers and awarding dubious ones to Cronulla. How many times did the Bunker make irrational decisions in the entire match? I presume someone watched the full 80 minutes in preference to the Ashes....
