Here is the Latest NRL Injured or Unavailable Update:
(Updated: Tuesday, 17 August 2021)
A fractured cheekbone that once almost cost Tom Trbojevic an Australian Test jersey has apparently saved him from suffering a similar injury as Manly gear up for a finals assault.
Trbojevic copped a knock to his cheekbone as he spearheaded an astonishing 56-10 thrashing of Parramatta on Saturday, and has reported swelling and bruising from the injury afterward.
Whether Trbojevic is available for Friday's clash with Canberra will be determined during the week but initial signs appear that he's unlikely to suit up.
Teammate Brad Parker is also expected to be ruled out of Friday night's clash against the Raiders following a nasty head knock after being floored by Ryan Matterson.
