Having been at the Christmas party in question i can say that is lies.
As for the stooge - Barron is the biggest stooge of the lot to Lim. Doesnt even worry about whether it legal or not. The bloke got kicked out of labor for a reason - they didnt want to get dragged through the ICAC again, but Lim has the info and is holding The 3 Stooges to ransom.
