DCE is being hamstrung by muster and co, they are not playing to his game style and you can see why tonight manly suits him better.

DCE is playing well tonight and I hope gets through ok in the second half as if plays like this on Friday we are a much stronger chance to beat the dragons.

100% He plays a totally different style. They dont use him well. Maybe on the coach, maybe on DCE not demanding the ball?

At Manly he gets much better early ball, and when he wants it. QLD just throw it to him too often when the opportunity has passed. A few times he was set up on the 3rd, perfect chance to run a play and strip them but ball gets turn back inside, then Hunt looks, holds it up and then throws it to him with nothing doing.

You watch how he trails behind the edge forwards waiting for some to pass it, they cannot do it.

At Manly they run those plays weekly and they work awesome. Crocker gives DCE better service these days than Hunt.

Strange to say this but i think DCE is waiting to come back to play with a real team, one in which actually values his style of gameplay. Munster and DCE are not playing like a 6/7 they are not on the same page.

Give walker and Munster the 6/7 next year for QLD and let DCE focus on manly.

The only ball playing the Qld forwards do is if Papalii does an offload.

They are so predictable and very poorly coached. Green said at half time just need to turn it back inside and hope for a break.

All the top sides like Panthers, Melbourne and Manly have ball playing forwards, even our props can take it to the line and pass. Jake is a beast at it.

Hunt at hooker was the blueprint for them last year with Munster and Chez dropping into dummy half at times. How they didn’t start with him in game 1 is beyond me.
