There are 2 major reasons we need to "at least" match the South's forward pack who apart from Cam Murray, won the middle against a very strong Bronco pack containing Haas, Carrigan, Riki and co last week.
Firstly this is where South's will definitely base their game plan and win quick momentum for Cook to exploit.....and if we don't, could get very ugly quickly and missing so many bigs it is a concern.
Also if Manly can contain this area well, it will take out the 2 attacking weapons of Walker and Wighton, who will be expected by the South's hierarchy to dominate this game.
I am intrigued by this matchup, as our boys like Navale, Shoup and Humphrey will have a red hot dog and Manly are coming off their gutsiest win in 3 years, so confidence and belief should be high
Interesting contest and I'm looking forward to it big time.

I really can't see us wining this game, sadly. Souths have been getting back to great form in the last few weeks and with the amount of players we're missing, I just don't think we'll be able to match them, particularly in the forwards.
