The training staff need to tear T-Rex down, and then build him up again. All that time spent at Parra has messed with his ticker.

T-Rex doesn't need a book. He needs a to go back to basics..

1. Run hard!
2. Tackle hard!

Well he's still under contract! I would LOVE nothing more than to NEVER see him in an Eagles jersey after this year. Next year I hope he never gets picked for 1st grade.. But sadly, as a realest, I fear he will continually get picked.

One more year, I keep telling myself.. Only one more year. The end of his contract gives me the strength to carry on.
