My outrage is growing.
Seibold will be flicked eventually, sooner rather than later as he persists with certain players running this club.
We love the trbojevic boys. Let's be honest, Tom is busted. Either play centre or retire and become part of coaching staff. Jake is tired and ready to clock off. We persist with a hooker that doesn't have attack skill set. Time to change Lachlan. Ben is not performing consistently, I believe he is only there cause of his brothers. Corey Waddell also is only there cause of relationship with Jake.
Saab cannot defend, nothing has changed in 3 or 4 years. Daly has stuffed the season by not coming clean on his future. Love DCE but time to go. Protected species, Luke Brooks time is up, nothing has changed since arriving from tigers.
Lehi is a gun and should be fullback now. Garrick centre spell is over, back to the wing. Koula and Tom should be centres. Tommy Talau other wing. Start bleeding junior halves now until Jamal arrives from Canberra.
Poor Haumole has played his guts out this year. He and Bullemor should be in second row. Simpkin should be hooker. Caleb Navale possible lock until we sign some forward stocks. Paseka needs to learn aggression excusing his injuries. Clean out the dead wood manly isn't working what you are doing.

Been saying for years we need at least 1 gun centre. But everyone says we have depth.

Kotoni Staggs is the answer. Brings aggressiveness and mongrel. We need to recruit more players with this type of profile.

I genuinely think Croker may be medically retiring soon. I've been a fan of him, gutsy player, something we lack everywhere else. He's big on education, and I actually think he would make a good coach.

I think the rebuild couldn't come sooner. The Trbojevic contracts are two years too long, and the DCE contract was one year too long.

2026/2027 (kind of)

1. Hoppa - the future
2. Saab - He's improved consistently
3. Talau - puts in, solid, low cost performer
4. Turbo - 🤷‍♂️
5. Garrick - consistent, I actually like him at centre, but has to move for Turbo.
6. Large - right side gun to replace DCE next year. Who gives a crap, blood him.
7. Walsh - left sided manager to ease into first grade until he's ready to replace Brooks.
8. Paseka - We miss him massively.
9. Ashton Large - I think he's the best player we've had coming through since Turbo. Probably still too young. Muagututia and Simpkin in the meantime.

11. Olakau'atu - self-explanatory

14. Zaidas Muagututia - I think he could cover both hooker and lock

I was guilty in the recent past of suggesting Koula was too small to succeed as a centre, but my opinion of him has changed with watching him involve himself much more this season.

If I was to offload anyone from our current backline it would be Saab then Garrick - Saab is just too unsure of himself & with Garrick, I like the guy & he's a point-scoring machine, but I prefer Talau over him. I think Talau is a better defender & overall footballer, & with him as a centre our defensive issues would be reduced IMO.

I also think Faulalo has more potential to develop as a great winger & decent centre.

So a backline of the below is pretty solid IMO & also has potential to develop further.

4. Talau/Turbo (on a reduced contract)

You could have prime Meninga and Bozo Fulton in the 3/4's and it will not make a difference with the lack of go forward we have.

I can not remember which poster used to have it in their sig but at the end of each post it was something like "props win comps".

We have one forward who was named in the extended State Of O squad who is now out for at least 6 - 38 weeks.

The Storm (comp favourites) have

Panthers, comp benchmark for years have (and not forgetting the players they have lost which you could argue as to why they are back)

Saab definitely in the firing line right now and is the weakest link as it stands - but i believe he has the longest contract.

I have always liked Garrick but I think he is probably not as important to us as when he signed his latest contact for two reasons

1. He was Turbos fullback cover, but now we have Lehi and Koula to do that
2. With Fogarty coming we will have someone who is as good a goalkicker.

I'm not advocating moving on from Garrick at all, but just some thoughts.

Agree with most of this but think Ben is worthwhile persevering with as lately he has been on the improve.
