The thing that puzzles me if we happen to land Foran on a life deal Christ I hope we have a good accountant. In 3 years or so the turbos , gutherson and any future stars that come through and there wage jumps dramatically how the hell do we balance this with the cap. Cap will go up, all the well paid old guys come retire, young cheap talent from Holden Cup making firsts. We'll be fine.

- from 2018, the Cap will increase by an unknown quantum
- we use the Scumos Model of building a Team around a quality/expensive spine - they have 3, we have 2 by 2018 as Snake etc will be retired

It will be presented to Foran, but he was muttering about wanting to go to another level with Dalai, so he may reject it again
